Rising From Winter: A Spring Equinox Gathering for Remembering Our Belonging & Living Courageously Friday March 20th 2025- 6:30-9PM

As we move towards Spring, we gather in circle to gently transition from winter’s inward season into spring’s emergence.

Spring ushers in visibility — our voice, our expression, and the parts of us that have been quietly forming beneath the surface. Spring also pushes up what needs to meet the light. 

Belonging grounds us into our bodies, reminds us we are safe and sovereign, interconnected and supported.

Courage, in this season, is the willingness to let ourselves be seen as we explore our authentic and creative expression. Courage is how we orient ourselves and regulate our nervous systems. Its having clarity around what we give our attention to amidst the Chaos and Crisis in unraveling systems. 

This gathering includes:

• Grounded nervous system regulation practices

• Guided Spring Equinox meditation

• Energy medicine offered throughout the circle

• Reflective journaling and group sharing

• Drumming and crystal sound bowls for integration
  
  

Like a tender plant breaking through soil, we move through layers of protection that once kept us safe — with care, reverence, and support.

This is a ceremonial yet grounded space for women to:

• Honor what winter has shed

• Attune to the energy of spring

• Remember belonging and feel more grounded

• Clarify  what is ready to rise

• Feel supported in visibility and self-expression

• Engage practices that anchor courage in your body.

What to bring?

• Yoga mat or blanket for comfort— we will be on the floor (Amy supplies pillows).
• Bring drawing paper and colors or pencils for an intuitive warm up practice.
• Bring a crystal, a picture, or special token to symbolize your hearts intention for ceremony.
• Bring a water bottle and tissues, emotions are welcome.
• Bring a friend, for unpacking your experience down the road.

 How to prepare for the event:

• This event will be held at Esme & Elodie which is located at 710 S 3rd Street Renton 98057.
• Be sure to leave plenty of time to find parking- Esme & Elodie is located in the downtown area where one way streets may be unfamiliar or delay your arrival
• There is free street parking and a free parking garage called City Center Parking Garage which is two blocks away from the boutique.
• Upon arrival, we will have a check in station to keep all of your personal belongings so all baggage will be kept at the front of the store.
