Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the http://www.esmeandelodie.com website operated by Esme and Elodie, LLC("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Purchases:
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your full legal name, mailing address, email address and phone number.
Returns:
Returns must be initiated through an email to use at info@esmeandelodie.com
A prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you. Mail out the items with the label attached within 30 days. If the items are not returned within 30 days, then the return will not be authorized and payment will not be refunded.
Our Promise Guarantee-
Items that require an exact fit will qualify for ‘Our Promise' guarantee- items will include tops, bra, pants, skirts, dresses, jackets and other items we deem appropriate.
It does NOT include any jewelry, accessories, home goods, purses/ bags or any item we deem not to be dependant on fit.
When the item that the customer was not satisfied with is returned, we will calculate 10% of your TOTAL order price and send you an Amazon gift card within 14 days of the return being posted to Esme and Elodie’s accounts. This offer is only good up to $10.
We reserve the right to cancel any order which we think may be abusing our good faith policy or refuse to distribute an Amazon gift card for any reason.

Esme and Elodie has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 3 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
