2021 Fall Trends to shop now!

I know everyone is still trying to get through the summer heat unscathed but fall is around the corner and now is the time to think everything pumpkin spice and the following fall trends that are coming your way.

1. Printed Pants
Bottoms are often underlooked but this season bottoms are taking some of the outfit attention. They have been seen gracing the runways and often paired with a simple solid top.

2. Sweater Vest
I can't believe I am even typing this... but sweater vests are making a come back. When paired with something other than a button up like a hoodie or a puff sleeve top it looks much less dated. When adding a sweater vest to your outfit be sure to avoid the accountant look by mixing patterns, adding something edgy and using unconventional fabrics like a leather skirt.

3. Lavendar.
Coming from a woman who's wedding colors were purple and gray... I AM HERE FOR THIS TREND! Lavendar is coming back in style and it's everywhere. Jackets, sweaters and even boots. I love that the otherwise spring / easter color is coming into the fall color palette and I can just imagine all the beautiful combinations. Lavendar and camel. Lavendar and navy! Sign me up for this!

4. Sparkle and Glitter and Sequins
No one is waiting until the holidays to sparkle and shine. Many looks are showing up now. Adding some sequins, glitter and embellishments are bringing the bling to the streets. I think if we have learned anything from the past year, its that sweatpants are dead and now it's time to shine bright like a diamond!

5. Platform or Lifted Loafers
This trend is up for debate. You either love it or hate it. Some can embrace the preppy aspects of a loafer while others would prefer a ballerina flat or boot. But to those who can rock this trend, I can see how it has its appeal. Easy to wear- no need for socks and ease of getting on and off- and it makes you a bit taller without the achy feet of heels. I see this as a win on several fronts, but is this something I would jump on? I'll leave that to you.
